SPR# KSAA665BJN - When "binary filter" attachment filtering is employed (i.e. KeyView attachment filtering) ---- previous versions of Notes\Domino would occasionally experience a problem during the attachment filtering process; but because of the "out of process" nature of filtering (i.e. kvoop), only "kvoop" would crash and Notes\Domino would continue to operate. This part is working as designed ----- i.e. Notes\Domino program space is isolated from KeyView's run-time space. During the "kvoop" crash, a "core" file would be written. In Domino\Notes 7, the KeyView attachment filtering package was upgraded to version 7.4 KeyView. Included in this version is the ability to better handle fault conditions and thus avoiding such crashes experienced by "kvoop".
